ZoomBa is an attempt to create Singapore Longest’s Zumba Relay Record in Singapore’s Book of Records. This event is the first of many hybrid fitness events supported by Sport SG after the Circuit Breaker. This hybrid event will combine both participants onsite as well as online participants on Zoom platform.

Hosted by Fitness Hosting Personality Sharina Bynes, this event will also showcase 7 Zumba instructors – Venus, Ahmad Yunus, Kyon, Wen Jie, Kat Lee, David and Melisa.

Expecting more than 200 participants onsite and more than 500 participants online, this event will be 7 hours long! 

First, the rules for the record breaking attempt

This record breaking attempt is centred at the sessions in OCBC Square.
There must be 15 participants every 30 minutes, across the 7 hours.
Participating in more than 1 session is not allowed.
The break between 2 sessions must not be more than 2 minutes.
No substitution is allowed once the 30 minute begins.

Online Zoom Sessions

Online participants will be able to participate via Zoom.
A Zoom link will be shared after successful registration via email.
No payment is required
Participants may log in to any of timeslots at either the Warm-Up or Actual sessions

Downtown East Sessions (Warm-up and Actual)

Successful participants will be informed via email
Maximum of 50 participants per session
Participants are required to don their exercise attire and report 30 minutes ahead of their sessions

24 Oct – Kat 7pm
25 Oct – David 7 pm
31 Oct – Venus 7pm
1 Nov – Wenjie 7 pm
7 Nov – Melissa 7pm
8 Nov – Kyon 7pm
45 minute session per day.

Sessions are only confirmed for the participants once payment is made, and a confirmation email has been sent out.
Maximum of 15 participants per session
Participants are required to don their attire and report 30 minutes ahead of their sessions

Successful applicants must register onsite 30 minutes prior to their sessions.


Safety Entry procedures must be carried out before entering the area including temperature checks.  


Participants will be at the holding site prior to the start of their session.  There will be a maximum of 5 participants per holding site. Participants are required to don their attire before registering.  Once participants are in the holding site, they are not required to leave until the session is over
